Concept Discovery.
For Lesetja Digital Solutions to grab the concept of what you are looking for, a potential client should share samples of websites that are relative to the idea of the website you the customer may have. Lesetja Digital Solutions is also happy to make suggestions as per the nature of your business or the requirements behind the need for a website, but this is to make sure we deliver to you a website that speaks to your business, brand, and/or expectations from the beginning of a project.
Payment.
Once a concept has been agreed upon, partial payment should be made before further work can take place, wherein final payment may be expected before going live.
Website Development
The web development process is executed by the Lesetja Digital Solutions team but more often input from the customer is required. Information about the business such as, Logo, About Us, Contact Us, business services, product information, suggested branding colors, and other kinds of content as needed, which may vary per web development project. Lesetja Digital Solutions will provide a template or an online form that may be used to capture the required information.
Customer Demonstrations
Once the website is completed, Lesetja Digital Solutions schedules a session with the customer to show and demonstrate the website functionalities to the customer. It is at this point that customer feedback is considered and a list of minor changes can be factored into the final website product.
Go live
After reviewing changes, go-live can be scheduled with the customer.
